The Party shall have Assembly Constituency Executive Council (ACEC) in every Assembly constituency. The ACEC shall be headed by its President. The executive body shall be elected among active members of LC member of the concern Assembly constituency.

**Members of DEC**

The DEC shall be consisting of Thirty-One (31) members

**Power and functions of ACEC Following shall be the functions of the ACEC**

- The ACEC shall execute party works in the Assembly
constituency.
- The ACEC shall formulate Assembly constituency specific aims and objectives to strengthen the party.
-  The ACEC shall maintain books of accounts in the Assembly constituency.
-  The ACEC shall hold review meeting once in three months and submit the report of the review to the DEC.
- The ACEC shall prepare "Annual Activity Calendar" at the beginning of every year and submit it to the DEC.
- The ACEC shall prepare "Annual Report" and submit it to the DEC before the end of financial year.
- The ACEC shall constitute Unit Volunteer Councils and provide guidance.
- The ACEC shall conduct membership drive in the Assembly constituency.
- The ACEC shall collect the grievance of the public of the Assembly Constituency and submit it to the DEC from time to time.

**Term of ACEC**

The ACEC committee shall hold office for the period of three
(03) years.

**Dissolution of ACEC**

The ACEC can be dissolved by the President of the CEC on the recommendation of the DEC.

**Office of the ACEC**

There shall be no office of ACEC. All the records keeping shall be the duty of President and General Secretary of ACEC council and time to time meeting shall be held in residence of leaders on rotation basis.
